The Role
Reporting to the Retail Programs & Engagement Manager, you will help coordinate, deliver and grow the retail training programme across the store network. Working closely with supplier partners, you will facilitate product training that gives store teams the knowledge and confidence to engage customers. With training expanding into Christchurch, this is a role with real momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate supplier-led product training sessions for store teams
- Present to groups of varying sizes, in person and across the network
- Partner with suppliers to deliver product education, including paid training opportunities
- Coordinate training communications and updates to the store network
- Manage scheduling, preparation, logistics and administration for all sessions
- Support the rollout of training activity across Auckland and Christchurch
- Contribute ideas to develop and improve the training programme
- Potential involvement in training across the premium Ultra Beauty offering
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Sales experience within a supplier, retail, beauty or FMCG environment
- Confident presenter who can hold a room and keep it engaged
- Natural relationship builder with a genuine knack for selling an idea or product
- Clear, engaging communicator across suppliers, internal stakeholders and store teams
- Proactive and adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities at pace. Highly organised
- Formal training or facilitation experience advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable with regular domestic travel between Auckland and Christchurch
