Will it sound like a template?
It's written to sound like a person: three or four short paragraphs in plain words, built around what the job ad asks for. Stock openers like "I am writing to express my keen interest" are off the table. It starts "Dear Hiring Manager" and signs off with your name.
Could the letter say something that isn't true?
Every fact comes from your profile. If a paragraph adds a number your profile doesn't have, it's dropped before you see it. It's still your letter, so read it before you send it, as you would anything with your name on it.
Can I change the letter?
Yes. Edit it in place and it saves as you go. Copy it into an email or an application form, download it as PDF or Word, or put back the first draft whenever you like.
Can I choose the tone or length?
There are no tone or length settings. Every letter is three or four short paragraphs in plain, professional language, which suits most job ads, and you can edit anything before you send it.
Will employers know I used AI?
