About the job

Why Gallagher?

At Gallagher, we're building technology that protects what matters most. From helping farmers care for millions of animals to securing some of the world's most valuable assets, our technology is trusted in more than 160 countries.

Our Animal Management business is at the heart of what we do in agriculture, creating technology that helps farmers work smarter, improve animal welfare and get more from their farms.

Alongside a competitive salary and annual performance bonus, you'll enjoy:

  • Free onsite parking and a subsidised café
  • Life & Disability Insurance
  • Boost App membership and Gallagher staff discounts
  • Ongoing development and career growth opportunities
  • A collaborative, practical and supportive team environment

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Repairs Coordinator to keep our NZ repairs operation organised, accurate and moving in the right direction.

You'll be the coordination hub between customers, Customer Services, Repair Technicians, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics - making sure repairs are processed correctly, customers are kept informed and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

This is a practical, varied role where you'll spend your time coordinating repairs from inwards processing through to invoicing and dispatch, managing customer quotes and follow-ups, processing spare parts and stock movements, and keeping systems and records up to date.

You'll also support loan units, trade-up opportunities, reworks, stock takes and the front counter, so there's plenty of variety and no two days will look exactly the same.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Coordinating repairs in and out, including SAP processing, labelling, paperwork, invoicing and dispatch
  • Managing customer quotes, follow-ups and trade-up opportunities
  • Processing spare parts, stock movements and rework requirements
  • Keeping CRM, spreadsheets and other systems accurate and up to date
  • Coordinating loan units and supporting quarterly stock takes
  • Working closely with Repair Technicians, Customer Services, Sales and Warehouse teams
  • Providing a friendly, professional first point of contact for customers at the counter and over the phone

The Fit

You're the person who likes to keep things moving. Organised, switched-on and practical, you’re comfortable juggling customers, systems, stock and competing priorities without losing sight of the detail.

You’re naturally proactive - you spot what needs doing, follow things through and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, solve a problem or chase something up when needed. You’ll enjoy a role where there’s plenty of variety and where your work has a direct impact on the customer experience.

You'll bring:

  • Strong coordination, administration and customer service skills
  • A confident, friendly and professional communication style
  • Excellent attention to detail and a knack for keeping processes on track
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly pick up systems such as SAP and CRM platforms
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine can-do attitude
  • The ability to build great working relationships across teams and with customers
  • An interest in farming, farm technology or agricultural products would be a bonus

If you're at your best when you're making things happen, keeping people in the loop and turning a busy workload into a well-oiled machine, we'd love to hear from you.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the role may be filled before the closing date.
