What you’ll bring- A strong sense of ownership. You're proactive, practical and happy to roll up your sleeves. You notice what needs doing and follow through without waiting to be asked.

  • Organisation and attention to detail. You can juggle competing priorities, keep track of all the moving parts and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
  • Great communication skills. You're approachable, responsive and comfortable building relationships with people at all levels.
  • Sound judgement and discretion. You understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with employee information and sensitive matters.
  • A continuous improvement mindset. You don't just keep processes ticking over. You look for better, simpler ways to get things done.
  • Relevant HR experience or qualifications. You have a foundation in HR or people operations, along with the practical coordination skills to make things happen.

  • The chance to contribute to initiatives that make a positive difference to our people and the wider community.
