Day-to-day responsibilities / Ngā kawenga o ia rā: - Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
- Manage and audit stocktakes
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role/Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga: - Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
