We are seeking an inspiring educational leader with a background in either primary or secondary education to lead our thriving Year 3-13 Hamilton Campus. This is a significant leadership opportunity within OneSchool Global, focused on driving exceptional student outcomes, supporting and developing staff, and continuing to strengthen an already high-performing school community.

As Campus Principal, you will provide visible and authentic leadership, champion student achievement and wellbeing, develop and support staff, oversee campus operations, and foster a positive culture aligned with OneSchool Global's values. You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through our innovative self-directed learning model while building strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.

• Demonstrates a proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.

• Is an engaging communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.
