Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, receive, store, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
- Support production by issuing and returning materials as required.
- Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.
- Participate in stock counts and report discrepancies promptly.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Report hazards, incidents, and risks in a timely manner.
- Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment.
- Support process improvements and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Safety & Compliance
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Ability to handle goods safely and responsibly.
- Teamwork & Attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Qualifications
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand.
