At Linfox NZ, we believe together, anything is possible. We're currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Warehouse Contracts Supervisor to join our busy multi-user distribution centre in Māngere.

Supporting a diverse customer portfolio across high-security and healthcare sectors, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and the successful delivery of contractual and service commitments. With approximately 15 customers onsite, each with unique requirements, you'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, driving performance outcomes, and supporting a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer engagement, operational coordination, reporting, and operational improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ngā kawenga matua | Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and strong working relationships.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet customer requirements, contractual obligations, and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key operational and commercial performance metrics.
  • Support contract administration, billing processes, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
  • Drive operational improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Champion Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards while supporting and guiding warehouse teams.

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, contract management, or operational supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory processes, and customer service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver against agreed service levels and KPIs.
  • Proficient in SAP, or similar ERP systems and warehouse management systems is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and workplace safety.
