WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You’ll be the smiling face leading our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales across our fantastic Oamaru store.

As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:

• ·Leadingthe Storein thedelivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
• Driving and maintaininga Growth Mindset culture
• Working to ensureday to day operations run smoothly.
• Working day-to-day as part of the team(on the tools)
• Able represent thevoice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centricby putting them at the centre of everything we do.
• Motivatingtheteamtowards goalsvia coaching and feedback
• Supporting and driving toSpark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose

As a Store lead you are:
