Job Description
Come join a squad for a 12 Month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
Bring your proven experience delivering compliance, regulatory or scheme-related initiatives to this technical business analysis role. You will:
- Have a minimum of 5 year's experience within banking and payments or card issuing domain.
- Have a strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
- Assist in implementing mandated changes and determining the required system updates.
- Work on compliance implementation and strategic initiatives.
- Engage with key technical stakeholders, including product and development teams.
Skills Required
Business Analysis
- Requirements elicitation, business process modelling, impact assessment, business case development, user story writing.
Compliance & Risk
- Regulatory analysis, compliance impact assessment, risk identification and mitigation.
Delivery
- Agile delivery practices, backlog management, release planning support, testing and UAT support, change implementation support.
Stakeholder Management
- Vendor engagement and management, strong written and verbal communication skills, cross functional facilitation.
Experience Required
- Experience working across multiple technology platforms and vendor environments.
- Experience supporting Agile, hybrid or large-scale programme delivery.
- Desirable experience includes:
- Experience working with card issuing platforms and payment processing solutions.
- Experience engaging with external vendors and third-party service providers.
