Key Responsibilities
- Retail sales and front‑counter customer service
- Taking phone orders and assisting customers with product enquiries
- Moving and handling stock safely using a forklift
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Completing invoices and basic computer work
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy warehouse and yard
- Ensuring stock is stored and moved efficiently and safely
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A full clean NZ driver licence with F endorsement
- A current OSH Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness (this role involves manual handling)
- A reliable work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Reliable transport and eligibility to work in New Zealand
A current First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential.
You must also be willing to complete a pre‑employment drug screen and medical.
