Job Description:SALES MANAGER | Arvida Mayfair Village
Looking for a sales role that's about people, relationships and making a real difference? Join the team at Arvida’s Mayfair village on Auckland’s North Shore, one of New Zealand's leading retirement communities. This is not a typical sales role. You'll work closely with prospective residents and their families as they make one of life's biggest decisions, helping them explore a vibrant community where they can enjoy greater freedom, connection and peace of mind. Mayfair is a beautiful, very well established community with over 100 Villas and 57 brand new appartments about to be released for sale!
Working alongside another experienced Sales Manager, you'll build trusted relationships, guide prospective residents through the sales journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in.

Permanent Role, 40 hours per week, including one weekend day.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and innovative organisation while building your sales career in a role that combines commercial success with genuine purpose.
As the Sales Manager you will navigate the end-to-end sales process with all new and prospective residents. You'll manage all new enquiries, nurture relationships with prospective residents and their families, conduct village tours, follow up opportunities, and help guide customers from initial enquiry through to settlement.
Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, communicate with empathy, and create a seamless customer experience while achieving sales outcomes.
You will also be a strong advocate for Arvida's Attitude of Living Well, helping prospective residents understand the lifestyle, wellbeing and sense of community that makes Mayfair such a special place to call home.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in sales and a results-focused mindset
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to connect with a wide range of people and build trust quickly
- A genuine desire to help customers through important life decisions
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work towards shared goals
Experience in real estate, tourism, hospitality, retail, property or other relationship-based sales environments would be advantageous, but most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people and delivering great outcomes.
