Base hourly rate + uncapped commission (average earnings up to $29+ per hour)

About the Role:

This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll create an outstanding in-store experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll receive structured training in computer and communication products to help you confidently recommend the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell computers and communication products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend tailored solutions.

• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems.

• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.

• Assist with stock takes and general operational tasks.

• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong communication and people skills, along with the motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earnings.

Attributes we are looking for include:

• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

• Computer literate with basic numeracy skills.

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

• Previous retail or sales experience, desirable.

• Experience using POS systems, desirable.
