The Role:

Relay offers a wide selection of beverages, fresh grab-and-go options, and everyday health and beauty essentials.

Assist customers in finding their latest read, in exploring our tech section for headphones, chargers, and handy gadgets, and in ensuring they find exactly what they need, right when they need it!

We’re looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our Relay team at Dunedin Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

8 to 16 hours rosters - specific shifts we are looking to cover are: Monday 1.30pm - 7.30pm Wednesday 1.30pm - 7.30pm Friday 1.30pm - 7.30pm Saturday 5.00am - 11.00am Sunday 4.00pm - 8.00pm

What You’ll Do: ✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations ✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked ✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently ✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Retail background ✅ Passion for customer service & sales ✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude ✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card ✅ Required to work weekends including early mornings. And rotating roster pattern
