Overview

We are recruiting contributors to manage daily operational tasks and records for AI projects. You will use operating procedures to guide your work and record findings about complete handoffs, exceptions, and next actions for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily operational tasks and records according to operating procedures.

• Check required inputs before moving work to the next step.

• Record outcomes, decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.

• Record decisions, owners, and due actions in the relevant work record.

• Record findings about complete handoffs, exceptions, and next actions and flag unresolved questions for review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to manage daily operational tasks and records consistently according to operating procedures.

• Ability to maintain clear decision, ownership, and action records.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience in operations, workflow support or administrative coordination is helpful but not required.
