The OpportunityThis is more than a continuous improvement role. As our Operational Excellence Manager, you'll work alongside leaders across our quarry, transport, processing and laboratory operations to create safer, smarter and more effective ways of working. You'll help teams unlock performance, simplify complexity and build capability that delivers long-term results for our people, customers and business.Success in this role comes through collaboration rather than authority. You'll bring people together, use data to uncover opportunities, coach leaders through change and create practical solutions that make a real difference in the field. Whether improving productivity, strengthening operational standards or embedding continuous improvement practices, your influence will be felt across the country.
What You'll BringYou may come from manufacturing, logistics, construction materials, quarrying, engineering or another complex operational environment. What matters most is your ability to connect people with improvement opportunities and turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. You'll be a thoughtful and commercially minded leader with experience driving operational performance, leading change and helping teams build confidence in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar disciplines.You'll enjoy coaching others, building strong relationships and translating insights into action.
