The Role

We're currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their career in logistics, supply chain, or operations while gaining exposure to Alliance's end-to-end outbound supply chain.

Working closely with our plants, logistics partners, and shipping lines, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are moved efficiently and effectively to customers around the world. You'll contribute to operational excellence across the business while building valuable skills in planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain vessel bookings, including amendments, confirmations, and cut-off changes.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, depots, and transport providers to ensure container availability aligns with plant requirements.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of empty containers to plants.
  • Monitor daily plant loadouts and communicate changes or resolve issues as they arise.
  • Allocate and manage inland transport movements by road and rail.
  • Track container movements across plants, depots, 3PL providers, and yards.
  • Coordinate faulty container reporting and replacement activity.
  • Support loadout planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with issue resolution across the outbound logistics network.
  • Build strong relationships with plant teams, internal stakeholders, and external logistics partners.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have an interest in logistics, supply chain, planning, or operations.
  • Bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of people.
  • Are confident communicating and building relationships across the business.
  • Can effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Are comfortable working with data and systems.

Previous logistics or supply chain experience would be advantageous, but attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering great outcomes are equally important.

Applications close on 28 October 2026.
