The Opportunity

• Manage the day-to-day operations of mixed-grade commercial assets across Auckland.
• Oversee contractors across building services, cleaning, security and maintenance.
• Drive compliance, health & safety, risk management and essential services requirements.
• Manage operating expenditure, maintenance budgets and support capital works projects.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sustainability initiatives, energy performance and environmental compliance.
• Deliver accurate reporting on operational performance, expenditure and contractor outcomes.

About you

• Previous Facilities Management experience within commercial property environments - essential
• Strong knowledge of building operations, contractor management and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets and service contracts.
• Sound understanding of health & safety, risk management and essential services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
