Role Summary Join our NVP Wiri team & showcase your technical, parts interpretation & customer skills. Vehicle/transport industry exp preferredJob Responsibilities Help deliver Scania's new trucks to our customers. We are looking for an experienced and proactive NVP Customer Service Advisor to join our New Vehicle Preparation team. This role plays a critical part in preparing new Scania vehicles for delivery, coordinating customer service, workshop activities, suppliers, compliance requirements, and most importantly, parts planning and procurement. A significant portion of the role involves managing parts demand, sourcing components from local and global suppliers, coordinating stock availability, supporting quotations, monitoring inventory performance, and ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support production. We are looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry
- Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes
- Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
- A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence
