Overview

We are recruiting contributors to analyze operational performance records for AI projects. You will use operating measures and procedures to guide your work and record findings about bottlenecks, recurring exceptions, and service gaps for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance records against operating measures and procedures.

• Check data completeness before comparing volumes, timing, and outcomes.

• Investigate unusual results and trace them to the relevant workflow steps.

• Check that every handoff includes the records and context needed for the next step.

• Record findings about bottlenecks, recurring exceptions, and service gaps and flag unresolved questions for review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to analyze operational performance records consistently against operating measures and procedures.

• Ability to prepare complete handoffs with the required context.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience in operations analysis, reporting or process improvement is helpful but not required.
