Relevant lived experience of homelessness, addiction, or mental distress; Peer Support qualification (Level 4+) or equivalent experience; experience in peer support, homelessness, mental health, addictions, or community services.

Supporting recovery · Building relationships · Promoting wellbeing

Lived or living mental health or addiction experience, recognized peer support training, Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate or commitment to training, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Coordinating activities · Documenting outcomes · Maintaining supplies

Compassionate, empathetic candidate with group facilitation, communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to follow guidance and health and safety requirements.

Leading shifts · Coaching peers · Mentoring kaimahi

Requires peer support training, Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate or equivalent, lived experience, networking skills, leadership ability, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
