5+ yrsRecognised tertiary qualification in resource management; 5+ years experience in Resource Management or similar; practical experience in local government or relevant private sector; strong relationship-building skills.

Significant project leadership experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, industrial, or complex environments; engineering degree preferred; experience with MS Project or Primavera and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
