Join PwC’s Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) team in Auckland and lead some of Aotearoa’s most complex and high-impact transformation programmes.

At Associate Director level, you’ll partner with executives and senior leaders to set the direction for change, strengthen sponsorship and leadership alignment, and build organisational readiness across complex transformation programmes.

  • Change Delivery and Integration: Integrate change management with programme governance and delivery plans, establish meaningful adoption measures, manage interdependencies, and adapt interventions using insight, feedback and data.
  • Practice and Market Leadership: Grow trusted client relationships, identify and shape opportunities, lead proposals and engagements, and strengthen our change management capability through methodologies, thought leadership, coaching and team development.
