What are the roles?

We will soon be opening our BRAND NEW Timezone Sylvia Park venue and will be holding a Group Interview to help fill up our Funsquad. The roles we are looking to fill are:

Party Host

• Bring the energy by hosting unforgettable birthday parties and celebrations from start to finish.

• Create a fun, engaging and welcoming experience for every guest, making sure everyone feels included.

• Keep parties running smoothly, coordinate activities and ensure every event is stress-free for families.

Fun Creator

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by engaging with customers and creating memorable moments throughout the venue.

• Lead games, activities and attractions while bringing enthusiasm, confidence and personality to every interaction.

• Be a venue ambassador, helping guests have fun, stay safe and leave with a smile.

Fun Squad Leaders

• Lead, coach and motivate the Fun Squad team to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.

• Support venue operations, manage shift activities and ensure high standards of safety, service and presentation.

• Act as a role model on the floor, driving team engagement, energy and a culture focused on fun and customer experience.
