As Team Assistant – Strategy Execution, You Will
- Provide proactive organisational, executive and administrative support to the GM Strategy Execution.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, competing priorities and key commitments.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, planning sessions, workshops, offsites and events, including the papers, logistics, actions and follow-up needed to make them successful.
- Prepare high-quality communications, presentations, reports and leadership materials.
- Act as a central point of coordination across Strategy Execution and build strong relationships with stakeholders across ASB.
- Coordinate requests, decisions, actions and deliverables across a broad range of stakeholders and keep things moving through to completion.
- Support enterprise planning, governance and performance management activities.
- Maintain visibility of priorities, milestones and dependencies and proactively identify when something may be at risk.
- Support team communications, onboarding and operational processes.
- Contribute to a positive, connected and high-performing team environment.
- Support financial administration and maintain accurate records and confidential information.
