About the Role
We're looking for a Release Planner to join our Northern team, to develop, plan, generate, submit and have approved network releases (LV and HV) in line with Connetics customers' expectations of safety and quality.
You'll be involved in:
- Plan, develop, submit and coordinate low-voltage and high-voltage network releases and operating orders
- Support project scoping and methodology development
- Review project methodologies and network information, identify operating requirements, and report defects or discrepancies in network records and systems.
- Coordinate outages and shutdown requirements with Wellington Electricity
- Maintain an accurate view of current and forward workloads, available resources, project priorities and workflow requirements.
- Schedule people and teams in the job roster and scheduling systems to maximise utilisation, productivity and the efficient use of skilled resources.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in an operations role within the distribution electrical supply industry
- Significant experience planning and scheduling resources in a complex environment
- Demonstrated experience in planning and problem solving
- Good understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations
- Strong discip;ine and adaptable approach
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships
