The opportunity

Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a casual Receptionist to join our team at Pinewood Lodge, Queenstown. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll provide a warm welcome and help create memorable guest experiences in one of New Zealand’s most incredible locations. What will you do?

• Welcome guests on arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience throughout check-in and check-out
• Provide helpful information on local attractions, activities and events
• Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
• Build positive relationships with guests, responding to requests and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for service, taking a proactive, positive and professional approach to every guest interaction

More About You

• Experience in a hotel or resort front office environment
• Experience with Hotel Operating systems higly regarded
• High level attention to detail and strong administration skills
• A warm and welcoming approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
• Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial
