Join us as we continue our exciting journey toward our 100-year vision.You will be responsible for:- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, customers, and contractors
  • Managing general reception duties
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assisting with office organisation and coordination
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

We're looking for someone who is:- Friendly, approachable, and professional

You'll also be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, creating newsletters and have excellent time-management and organisational skills.Your expected work hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am-5.30pm.To be considered for this position you will need to:- Be a New Zealand citizen or resident
