The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Auckland-based team. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality outcomes.
- Preparing project reports and providing advice to clients.
- Supporting procurement and contract management processes.
- Maintaining effective stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
- Experience as a Project Manager within the property, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, programmes, and risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
