Short Description:

We're looking for an experienced Programme Lead to drive the establishment of our Insurance Programme to a delivery-ready state, bringing together multiple streams of work into a clear and executable plan.

About the role

As part of our Enterprise Portfolio & Change team, you'll be lead the initial establishment of a significant Insurance Programme spanning regulatory change, product simplification, partner implementation and operational readiness.

This role requires a pragmatic delivery leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, engage stakeholders at all levels, and keep a focus on achieving strong customer and business outcomes.

This is an initial contract opportunity for three months based in our Wellington Head Office. Subject to programme approval and funding decisions, there may be an opportunity to transition into a longer-term fixed-term position.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:

  • Leading complex projects or programmes involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong planning, dependency management and governance capabilities.
  • Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
  • The ability to influence, communicate and deliver outcomes in a complex environment
