Overview

We are recruiting contributors to coordinate program activities, milestones, and records for AI projects. You will use the program plan to guide your work and record findings about cross-project dependencies, progress, and overdue actions for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities, milestones, and records following the program plan.

• Confirm owners, required inputs, dependencies, and due actions.

• Keep progress records current and follow up on blocked or incomplete work.

• Note constraints that could change the timing or scope of the requested work.

• Record findings about cross-project dependencies, progress, and overdue actions and flag unresolved questions for review.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to coordinate program activities, milestones, and records consistently following the program plan.

• Ability to communicate constraints that affect timing or scope.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.

• Previous experience in program coordination, project support or administration is helpful but not required.
