About the job

  • Read and review job bag thoroughly to ensure all required fields have been completed within Torque Pro.
  • Ensure all files match the job sheet descriptions and quantities and are filed in the correct place on the NAS.
  • Ensure that all jobs are printed in accordance with the Production Schedule, job bag instructions and best-practice process for each machine (large format, small format, laminator), and that items are signed off or recorded when complete or when your shift ends.
  • Notify Production Manager about quality control issues with jobs and/or machines in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Cutting operators to ensure all printed material is at the correct machine at the scheduled time.
  • Maintain & clean Print Team equipment and report damage or issues to Production Manager
  • Notify Production Manager of low stock supplies
  • Assist with finishing/cutting of prints jobs where necessary utilising the Duplo, Guillotine & Fotoba.
  • Ensure Print Room areas are kept tidy and encourage others to do the same

Carry out any other reasonable task that falls within your job scope, as directed by your manager.
