ONLINE SHOPPING ASSISTANT
Oamaru New World is proud to serve a large part of the North Otago region, delivering to communities as far south as Palmerston up to the Waitaki Bridge. We're passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers - both in-store and online.
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Online team.
About the Role:
- Supporting the Online team in picking and preparing customer orders
- Delivering orders using our delivery truck
- Communicating with customers and in-store departments
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in orders
- Full- time position - days and hours to be discussed at interview
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full New Zealand driver's licence
- Confidence in computer systems
- Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can work both independently and collaboratively
- Has a positive can-do attitude and takes pride in delivering great service
- is physically fit
