About the job
Tend is growing its national network of medical centres fast, and we need someone who can keep pace. This role is not a sit-at-your-desk job. You'll be managing moving parts across the country, often with little notice, while staying calm when ten things land on your desk at once.
Who you are
Maybe you ran logistics on a superyacht: guests, crew, chaos, zero room for error. Maybe you were an EA to someone senior, three steps ahead of every problem. Maybe you came up through a startup, wearing five hats before lunch and figuring the rest out as you go. You're organised, unflappable and very good with people. You don't wait for answers, you go get them.
The role
You're the go-to person for clinic integrations, start to finish. Executives, clinical teams, operations, Product, health promotions: you keep them all moving in the same direction. Every integration should go a little smoother than the last.
What you'll do
- Lead integrations end to end, from first plan to steady operation - with support from a team of seasoned pros
- Coordinate across Clinical, People, Operations, Health Promotions and Product teams
- Handle escalations fast, calmly, without drama
- Tighten up processes and documentation as you go
- Jump into new service rollouts and other initiatives as they come up
What you'll bring
- Experience running operations, projects or programmes somewhere fast-moving (industry doesn't matter)
- A genuine people person, trusted by clinic staff and execs alike
- Rock-solid organisation under competing priorities
- Calm and positive – keeping your cool when others around you aren’t
- A fixer's mindset: don't know it, find it out
- Willingness to travel across New Zealand, short notice included
- A vehicle and full licence
- A business or management degree is a bonus
- A genuine desire to make healthcare in New Zealand, better for everyone
