Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, Service, & maintain construction equipment in the workshop and field
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
• Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

About you

• Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification
• Experience working on construction, earthmoving, materials handling, or other heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Full NZ drivers license
