Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleOur Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our Queenstown Box Lobby front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zeland and the world. As a trusted NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
