Customer Experience Support

At McFall Fuel, we're on a journey to transform the way we serve our customers, and we're looking for a Customer Experience Support superstar to join us.

This is more than a customer service role. You'll be the problem solver, relationship builder and go-to person who helps customers get what they need while working closely with teams across the business to deliver exceptional service. You'll play a key role in creating experiences that keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Support customers across phone, email and digital channels
• Resolve enquiries, service requests and customer issues with confidence and care
• Assist with customer onboarding, fuel card services and account support
• Work alongside Operations, Planning, Finance and Sales teams to keep things running smoothly
• Help improve processes and identify smarter ways of working
• Contribute to a customer-first culture in a business embracing growth and change.

What we're looking for:

• Customer service, sales support or contact centre experience
• A natural problem solver who takes ownership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using technology and CRM systems
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and making a difference
