About the Role
We are looking for someone internal for a 6-month Secondment opportunity, working 24 hours a week, while we are recruiting to the position permanently. You will be supporting the Cardiology team.
We are seeking a collaborative and forward thinking leader who is passionate about developing people, strengthening services, and fostering a culture of excellence across our region.
This is an opportunity to bring together expertise, innovation, and teamwork to deliver outstanding diagnostic services and improve health outcomes for our communities.
As Team Leader Clinical Physiology, you will provide leadership across Cardiac services, supporting a dynamic team while influencing service development, workforce growth, and the future direction of regional care.

About you
You are an experienced healthcare professional with a relevant Allied Health & Technical qualification, current professional registration, and ideally a qualification in business, health management, or a related field.
You have 3 - 5 years leadership experience and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality services. You are committed to supporting and engaging staff, and have strong coaching and mentoring skills.
You build positive working relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with a wide range of people. You are confident influencing others, open to new ideas, and take initiative to improve services and team performance.
