About The Role
Droga5 is looking for a Business Executive to join our team in Auckland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build their experience within a leading creative agency. You’ll work closely with the wider Droga5 team, supporting the day-to-day management and delivery of client work while developing a strong understanding of how great creative work moves from brief through to delivery.
You’ll be someone who is organised, curious and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in advertising, creativity, brands and culture.
What you’ll do
Support the day-to-day management of client projects and deliverables. Help coordinate timelines, meetings, briefs and project requirements. Work closely with creative, strategy, production and other agency teams to keep work moving. Assist with the preparation of client presentations, meeting materials and project updates. Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. Keep track of actions, deadlines and key project information. Support the team in delivering high-quality work accurately and on time. Develop an understanding of the client’s business, brand and priorities. Learn how an integrated creative agency operates while building your account and project-management capabilities.
