About The Role

As a Building & Grounds Maintenance team member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Skyline Queenstown’s buildings, and outdoor facilities are maintained to a high standard while meeting all Health & Safety requirements. You’ll play a hands-on role in the upkeep of our complex alpine environment and support maintenance and capital projects through general labour and practical assistance.

We’re seeking a practical, reliable, and safety-conscious person who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of guest experience in everything they do.

The Perfect Candidate Will Bring

• previous experience in building maintenance, or general labouring,
• a strong awareness of Health & Safety and safe work practices,
• a proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to follow schedules and instructions,
• a strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
