He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Workplace Services Coordinator to join our Workplace Support team on a fixed term basis until 24 December 2026.
In this role, you will support the effective day to day operation of our corporate workplaces, ensuring shared spaces, meeting rooms and facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will coordinate workplace activities and events, support meeting room and audiovisual technology, respond to staff queries and work with internal teams and service providers to resolve workplace issues.
You will also support workplace changes, building communications and health and safety activities, contributing to a safe, professional and positive workplace experience.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You will bring a strong customer service focus and experience within workplace operations, facilities, hospitality or a similar service environment. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities while building effective relationships across the organisation.
You will ideally have:
- At least three years’ relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace audiovisual technology
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- A proactive, practical and customer focused approach
- First Aid and Fire Warden training, or willingness to undertake training
A relevant qualification in workplace operations, facilities, project management or business would be advantageous.
