About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Technical Integration Analyst, you will take ownership of technical integration analysis across ACC's enterprise technology landscape. Working closely with architects, designers, developers, product owners and business stakeholders, you'll analyse integration challenges, define solution requirements and create modern API specifications that support secure, scalable and resilient services. You'll play an important role in connecting systems such as Eos, Guidewire or other enterprise systems, as well as connecting data and services that help ACC deliver better outcomes for New Zealanders and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 to $131,077 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.

You will bring:
- Experience in technical analysis, business analysis, data analysis or solution engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience documenting requirements, business processes and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of API-first or contract-first architecture principles and modern integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with data modelling, CI/CD practices and modern software delivery approaches.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn and a passion for using technology to solve business problems.
- An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in the design of systems, processes and services.
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
