Our role

We’re looking for a Studio Administrator to join us for 12 months, running the administrative engine of the team with responsibility for:

  • Financial Administration – purchase orders, invoices, reconciling credit cards and processing expense claims
  • Travel & Logistics – managing flight and accommodation bookings and visa applications
  • Supporting team operations – monitoring timesheets, onboarding/offboarding and other administrative support
  • Scheduling and supporting meetings and events
  • Information and document management for the team

Our ideal person

We’re looking for someone with at least a couple of years’ administration experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience booking travel and accommodation (including visa applications)
  • Financial administration experience (eg purchase orders, invoice management, expense coding etc)
  • Solid MS365 and Google Workspace skills (and ideally experience with resource scheduling tools like Float or similar.

Alongside that, you’ll have meticulous attention to detail and a professional written communication style.

Ideally, you’ll also have an awareness of tikanga Māori and other cultural protocols relevant to our projects and partners. Experience (or an interest in) the creative industry is also a plus.
