The Role
Join our client's dynamic team as a Structural Engineer in Christchurch, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects including commercial, industrial, and multi-unit structures across the South Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analysis of structural systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations and reports.
- Ensure compliance with NZ design standards and codes.
- Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
Qualifications / Experience
- A degree in Structural Engineering is required
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering projects within New Zealand.
- Proven experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of NZ design codes and practices essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
