As a Strategic Initiatives Delivery Lead, you will take complex strategic initiatives from concept through to delivery, helping shape the approach, create clarity where ambiguity exists, and drive outcomes that deliver measurable value for Kiwibank.. Accountable for delivery outcomes, you will oversee scope, risks, dependencies, financials, benefits realisation and delivery confidence, ensuring initiatives remain focused on achieving intended outcomes. Working closely with sponsors, stakeholders and delivery teams, you will proactively identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, facilitate trade-off decisions, and recommend pragmatic actions to keep initiatives moving and outcomes on track. As a trusted delivery partner, you will challenge unclear scope, weak ownership and non-value adding activity and ensure decisions are made at the right time to avoid delivery delays and unnecessary complexity. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and Senior Business Analysts, working through risks, issues and dependencies to keep delivery moving and outcomes on track. Ko tātou tēnei. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: - Extensive programme or project delivery experience.

• Experience leading complex organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Commercial and strategic thinking capability.
• Experience in business or operational functional roles.
• People leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong risk, governance and dependency management expertise.
