Specialist Employment Investigator - People Experience (PX) - Wellington CentralPermanent, Fulltime, position available!Te Haeata/The OpportunityJoin the People Experience team as our Specialist Employment Investigator and play a critical role in maintaining fair, consistent and legally robust workplace investigation practices across the Ministry. You'll lead complex employment investigations, influence organisational policy, and build capability across people  leaders to strengthen employment relations practice and procedural fairness.In this role you will:Lead complex employment investigations from start to finishAssess evidence and prepare clear investigation findingsInterview witnesses and subjects in sensitive mattersDevelop employment policies, guidance and investigation toolsCoach leaders on workplace investigations and procedural fairness Ō pūkenga/Skills and ExperienceNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
