Te Tūranga | The Role
We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser to join our Licensing & Regulatory Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in shaping and enhancing Manawataki, our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Sitting at the intersection of business operations, technology and continuous improvement, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the FMA, technology teams and external vendors to ensure our regulatory platforms are effective, reliable and evolving to meet the organisation's needs.
This is a varied role with plenty of scope to influence how our platforms support regulatory outcomes. You'll lead platform and system improvements, drive better ways of working, and help ensure users have the tools and information they need to deliver their work effectively.
Your mahi will include but not limited to:
- Leading the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the FMA's regulatory platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Acting as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders on platform capabilities, opportunities and improvements
- Leading the identification, prioritisation and delivery of platform enhancements and change initiatives
- Working with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues, implement solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Championing improvements to business processes, system performance, data quality and user experience
- Developing reporting, insights and resources that support informed decision-making and platform adoption

You'll bring:
- Experience supporting, administering or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar enterprise platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions
- Experience leading system, process or business improvement initiatives
- The ability to translate business needs into effective platform and process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build credibility across a range of audiences
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
Experience working with reporting and insights, data quality initiatives, vendor management, or within a regulatory environment will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys driving improvements, building strong relationships and using technology to help people work more effectively and efficiently.

The appointing salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus 4% KiwiSaver and the benefits outlined above. Final offers will reflect experience, skills, and internal equity.
