Senior Property Advisor

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week based in Petone

The remuneration midpoint for this role is $142,138.22 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience

The opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in managing and protecting Tiaki Wai's extensive property portfolio across the Wellington region, providing expert advice and leading a wide range of property transactions that support critical water infrastructure and operational programmes. Working across the organisation, you'll help deliver strategic projects, manage land and property interests, and contribute to the establishment of robust property systems and processes that support the long-term success of Tiaki Wai. During this exciting period of organisational growth, you'll also be instrumental in the Land Transfer Programme and the transition of property matters into business-as-usual operations

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Significant experience managing property transactions and property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals and other land-related matters
• Experience in using Property Information Management systems and be technology savvy
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing work programmes
