Job Description:Mō te tūranga | About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation.

We're looking for an energetic and focused Sales Manager to join our growing Sales team. Working alongside one other Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process of our villas and care suites at our well-regarded Lauriston Park community.

This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.

As part of our leadership team, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations of our village - and maintaining an excellent reputation within the local market. You'll enjoy forming strong connections within the local area to promote Arvida and the advantage of choosing our approach to retirement living.

Arvida's Attitude of Living Well is at the heart of everything we do and our Sales Managers are strong advocates of enhancing residents’ health & wellbeing and maximising their experience at Lauriston Park.

This is a full time role working five days, including at least one weekend day to support open homes, tours, and other community-based activities that can happen any day of the week.
