About the job
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, leading, and executing iMile’s sales strategy across NZ. You will drive revenue growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and establish iMile as a key logistics partner in the eCommerce and express delivery market.
Our mission is to create value for customers by optimising their supply chains, reducing complexity, and delivering speed and reliability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the New Zealand sales strategy, aligned with regional and global business objectives
- Take full ownership of revenue growth, sales targets, and P&L performance
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Drive new business acquisition across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale sectors
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning within the NZ logistics industry
- Lead major commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Establish strong market presence by representing iMile at industry events, conferences, and executive engagements
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirements
- Strong customer-first mindset with a strategic commercial approach
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within logistics, express, or eCommerce sectors
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering significant revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the New Zealand market with an established industry network
- Strong track record in winning large-scale deals and enterprise clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment
